Coalition Govt claims record collection, but yet?

Can the Coalition Government confirm or deny that it claims to have a record high in revenue collections? But yet they cannot pass on fuel excise tax cuts? Why ?? Are they hiding the truth?? Why is our people getting poorer under this Administration? Too much kerekere which goes into their pockets?
