Ministry of health owes millions?

Can the Ministry of health confirm or deny that reagents were requested by the pathology labs last week, however none have been provided? As a result no .... CWMH Hematology lab will no longer be m processing full blood count (fbc) samples from Monday cause there are no reagents available? In addition to this Ministry of health owes millions to Roche Diagnotics NZ who have now advised Ministry of health to pay up otherwise action will be taken? Roche diagnotics is the supplier of Reagents for Fiji? All a while Fiji health care system is failing. Is it true?
