One Military officer using JT name for his personal use- it is true Army Commander?

Can the Army Commander confirm or deny that one Military officer has used his position to gather a lot of Police Officers for his personal use??? The neighbours heard yelling and screaming Joint Taskforce- but it was only one Military Officer the complainant in the break in and theft of his property- and so many police officers- were they not part of the actual Joint Taskforce?? They claimed under false pretenses they were?? Will the Army Commander discipline/ Court Marshall the officer involved??
