Can the Minister for Transport confirm or deny that he is favoring Interlink Shipping in approving their request to bringing Philippines crew exchange in Interlink to service the Taveuni & Savusavu...there's no MOU with Philippines..??

Did He called Mr George Goundar at 6.05pm advising fhaf he will send the letter approval for the vessel to sail at 6.07pm he send the letter to Interlink?? Guarantees already given by the government.
