Police officers tried to put handcuffs up his a**e-so sad

Can the Compol confirm or deny if he is aware that his Police Officers tried to shove handcuffs up his cici??? This is what those Police Officers claiming to be the Joint Taskforce did to an innocent man who lost his life. Victim screaming “Oilei noqui cici” yes Rusi yours officers did this.
