Should Tudravu be held responsible ?

Can the Minister of Police confirm or deny if the police commissioner Rusiate Tudravu should be held to account??? He has always refused to suspend his officers when complaints and issues are filed. It leads to them interfering in investigations and concealing evidence. Look at Seru Neiko for instance- Abuse of Office allegations. The officers from Community Policing Unit harassing and intimating the deceased victims family. It shows they don’t even respect their own boss- but yet he still protects him. It is true he is hiding something????
