When EFL doesn’t service the need

Can the EFL ceo confirm or deny that he has cut staffing and it’s overtime? Meaning that staff will no longer attend to callouts even when it’s an emergency? In addition to with the price of fuel escalating given the US-Iran war, the fuel prices will increase exponentially meaning that all Fijians will suffer. The government has no money to fund the needs to the people, so does it mean that EFL will hold the government to ransom again? Electricity in Fiji runs on fuel and with all the hype about solar energy the bottom line is that the electricity act needs to be reviewed and revised urgently. In the meantime EFL will continue making unreasonable demands and the people will suffer even further- brace yourself for no electricity - fuel prices increasing even more.
