When officers uses their own funds to prints

Can the Police Compol confirm or Deny that officers from Nadi Police Station have been using their own funds to print paperwork needed for the courts? This has been occuring since 2023 when the new Nadi Police Station opened? The issues have been raised by officers and has gone up straight to Compol who promises that officers will be reimbursed, however to no avail?
