Who authorised the raid? Why was police trying to stop the Post Mortem ?

Can Compol confirm or deny that he is aware that Police officers was also present that night and brutally assaulted the now deceased? Why was Two police officers trying to stop the Post Mortem from occuring?? Email sent to Compol to answer a few questions. Why is the police blaming the military when they have the leading role???
